What information is collected?
Chrysalis collects Personally-Identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users complete online forms and questionnaires. The Personally-Identifiable Information collected may consist of, without limit, your name, contact information, professional background and biography, bank account information, and other personally identifiable information, provided that we will not collect your financial information, social security number, or other government issued identifier without your express consent. Together this information is referred to as “Personally-Identifiable Information” within this Privacy Statement.
Chrysalis also collects non-personal information and anonymous information from users to be used in an aggregate fashion.
